Another new member to the Toyota-United Pro Cycling Team, “Jonny” Clarke hales from Australia. This will be Jonny’s first full season time racing in the United States on a Pro team.  Jonny was born into a racing family with two older brothers and a father who was an Olympic racer.  “It was in my blood that I become a rider and racer” says Jonny.  He has been racing since he was 12 years old. Jonny likes to listen to “funky house music” when he rides and when he is not on the race circuit he likes to hang with his family back home in Australia.

His biggest accomplishment in his young career was signing with Toyota-United Pro Cycling Team.  Jonny is excited to have his older brother Hilton with him on the team for the 2008 season. The learning curve will be steep, but Jonny is up for the task and brings in a positive attitude and work ethic that will suit him well during 2008.
